Torn
The full moon glares down upon me
And In this light I truly see....
What life has in store for me.
And that this love isn't meant for me.
At times it's bent you see...
Like the light cast out upon the sea.
Forevermore I shall stand alone.
Eyes cast out upon the sea.
The sea forever denied to me.
Of that love that will never be.
I am a warrior chained.
And still it rains...
Down upon me
Alone I stand
As It was meant to be
Now the morning sun beats down upon me
And in this light I truly see
What this life has in store for me

Bent and torn
